Re-Sharing – That during the Christmas Season things get REAL at this time of year. Everyone can’t meet us where we are and vice versa.
Re-Sharing – Because love should be the root of our interactions even when things get challenging.
Re-Sharing – As a gentle reminder to myself!❤️
THE LESSON ~
No matter how we want people to show up and meet us, if they don’t have the capacity OR desire to do so, as mindful & emotionally mature people, it’s our duty to root deeply into LOVE regardless.
COMPASSION, regardless
UNDERSTANDING, regardless
I know I’m not the only one having this experience. So with that I am sharing this to stand in community with those of you who are preparing yourself for a tender, yet JOYOUS Christmas Season.
GENTLE REMINDER ~~~
A New YEAR is upon us.
STOP wasting your time on petty ‘shit”.
STOP investing your energy in people, places and/or things that can’t meet you right now.
CHOOSE to do better.
CHOOSE to see human-ness in people.
CHOOSE A NEW YEAR.
CHOOSE A BETTER YOU.
Life is too short to waste time.
