How Jealousy Can Poison a Friendship⁣
⁣
That word…..the word that is a recipe for disaster.⁣
⁣
If I’m a betting woman, I’d say we all have experienced jealousy at one point or another. WE ARE HUMAN after all. ⁣
⁣

⁣
Jealousy can be a complicated and sad emotion. I feel that it is our own sense of insecurity and lack of self-worth. ⁣
⁣
Jealousy can hold us back from really enjoying and being present in relationships that we truly care about. ⁣
⁣
Jealousy speaks more about what is missing from our own lives.⁣
⁣
Jealousy is a problem when you give each other the ‘up and down look’ when they walk into the room and not compliment or say nothing at all.
⁣

⁣
Jealousy is a problem when you just stop talking to someone without talking about ‘why’.

Jealousy is a problem when you want to hurt, shun or freeze her out. It’s when you want to bring her down a notch for being too……beautiful, smart, strong, adored or anything that you think you are not.⁣
⁣
LADIES we NEED to grow up and fess up! Jealousy is never about the other person. IT’S ALWAYS ABOUT US! Jealousy is 100% of our own responsibility. ⁣
⁣

⁣
If you enjoy your friend’s company and value the relationship, you need to keep the negative under wraps. THAT IS WHAT GOOD FRIENDS DO.⁣
